Doing a yoga routine fairly consistently, also Taekwondo, so maybe that makes up for me not walking. I mean, I like to walk, but I walk slowly and look around at everything, so probably it doesn't count as the most brilliant exercise. I like 3 the best. It's very important to move. When I'm writing, I take a 5 minute break every 15 minutes and just dance around or stretch or punch the air. Thanks for your smart post!
